Extend your arm with the palm facing down. Flex the wrist while gently assisting with the opposite hand. You should feel a stretch in the wrist flexors. Ensure the elbow remains straight.

With the arm extended, pull back the fingers with the opposite hand to stretch the wrist extensors. You should feel a deep stretch in the back of the wrist.

Lock the elbow against your body and turn the palm up. Assist with the opposite hand if needed. You should feel a stretch in the forearm muscles.
