Wrist Extensor Stretch
Extend your arm straight out and bend your wrist downwards, feeling the stretch along the top of your forearm and elbow. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat three times.

Wrist Flexor Stretch
Curl your fingers into your palm and gently pull upwards on your fingers to stretch the underside of your forearm. Hold for 30 seconds on each side.

Prayer Stretch
