Overhead Wand Flexion
Lie on your back with a lightweight rod in your hands at your hips. Slowly raise the wand over your head until you feel a gentle stretch under your arms. Hold for five seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.

Chest Press
While lying on your back with knees bent, push the wand straight up towards the sky and gently lower it back down. Count two seconds on the way up and two seconds on the way down. Perform three sets of eight repetitions.

Wall Slide
Stand facing an empty wall, six inches away, with hands and elbows at shoulder height. Slowly raise your arms up until you feel a stretch, hold for five seconds, then lower them back down. Repeat eight times.
