Shape lips as if blowing out a candle and exhale slowly for 2-3 seconds. You should feel a sense of relief from breathlessness. Ensure to do this in a comfortable position.

Raise your shoulders up and down 5-10 times. You should feel tension release in your shoulders. Use a sturdy surface for support if needed.
