Standing Hamstring Stretch
Stand with one heel in front, hinge at the hips, and bend the back leg. Feel the stretch in the back of the leg. Hold for 20 seconds, then angle the foot out for an additional 20 seconds.

Kneel with the back knee down, tuck the pelvis, and lean forward. Reach the arm overhead and lean to the side. Hold for 45 seconds, then switch sides.
