Hip Cross Over
Lie flat on your back with knees bent at 45 degrees. Slowly rotate your knees to one side while keeping your shoulder flat on the ground. Focus on breathing deeply and feeling the stretch in your hips. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Hip Rotation
Sit tall with your pelvis extended. Rotate your knee inward and hold for 30 seconds, feeling the stretch in the lateral side of your hip. Then rotate your knee outward for another 30 seconds. Maintain alignment and avoid forcing the movement.
