Sit tall, bring your chin down towards your chest, hold for 5 seconds, and return to center. You should feel a gentle stretch in the back of your neck.

Sit tall, rotate your neck to one side, hold for 5 seconds, and return to center. You should feel a stretch along the side of your neck.

Neck Side Bending
Sit tall, tilt your head towards one shoulder, hold for 5 seconds, and return to center. You should feel a gentle stretch on the opposite side of your neck.

Neck Extension
Sit back with support, tilt your chin towards the ceiling, hold for 5 seconds, and return to center. If you feel tension, use your hands for support.
