Look down towards the floor, then back up to a neutral position. Repeat this motion 10-15 times, feeling a gentle stretch in the back of your neck.

Look up towards the ceiling, then return to a neutral position. Repeat this motion 10-15 times, feeling a stretch in the front of your neck.

Lateral Flexion
Tilt your head to one side, then return to neutral and repeat on the other side. Perform 10-15 repetitions on each side, feeling a stretch along the sides of your neck.
