Calf Stretch
Sit with legs extended, use a strap around the ball of your foot, pull towards you to feel the stretch in your calf. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat three times.

Patella Mobilization
With a relaxed leg, gently move the kneecap up, down, and side-to-side for 2-3 minutes to improve mobility.

Hamstring Stretch
Using a strap, loop around your foot, lift your leg straight up while keeping the knee straight. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat three times.
